What's New?
The HAP Accounting Manager is now
available! The HAP Accounting Manager creates HAP payments to Landlords,

The Portability Manager is now available! The Portability Manager
processes portability-in as well as portability-out transactions. For port-in, it provides the ability to produce a complete
HUD Form 52665. For port-out, it provides the ability to create HAP Payments, tenant utility reimbursements,
and FSS payments to the initial housing authority. It also creates recurring monthly billing and adjustments for

The TRACS Certification Manager is also
available! The TRACS Certification Manager calculates rent for all programs that
require HUD Form 50059. Additionally, it produces a complete HUD Form 50059 for the program
participant using the most current HUD form template. Finally, it creates the required MAT 10 Tenant
